Victoria's Secret Eye Flash Bright Radiance Eye Pen

Awhile back, we spotted the Victoria's Secret Eye Flash Bright Radiance Eye Pen while waiting in line to checkout. We decided to give it a try as it promises to lighten and brighten dark shadows, make sleepy and tired eyes look more awake and reduce the appearance of fine lines. We were so excited to try this product. If there is a product that can brighten, lighten and hide undereye circles, we were hoping this would be it.

Is it? Yes and no. We have been using this highlighter eye pen for about a month and feel that it did help awaken the eyes as the highlighter contains a bit of shimmer. The shimmer brings out the white of our eyes and gives it a fresh look.

As for the undereye shadow, we didn't feel like it did much for the undereye shadow. We can't say it didn't do anything at all but it definitely didn't hide or lighten our circles as much as we would have liked. We found it to work best when we used this product with an undereye concealer on top of the highlighter.

The Eye Flash Bright Radiance Eye Pen is available at Victoria's Secret for $12 and is available in one color, spotlight.

Swatch on palm.
The color spotlight is light beige.

We only blended a small amount of cream on the wrist.
(Same amount we would use for the under eyes)
A bit of shimmer can still be seen after blending.

Overall, we do recommend this product if you are looking to brighten your eyes. You can also use this eye pen anywhere on your face that have dark shadows such as your checks or jaw line to highlight them.

If you have bad undereye circles and looking to lighten them, we don't recommend this product. It takes too many extra steps to lighten and hide them.

Readers: Have any of you tried this eye pen? If you have, how do you like it?
